refers to it's mead roots. Mead is a fermented beverage made from
honey, water and yeast.

Aged on Medium Toast New Hungarian Oak on 11/3/08 racked off oak 12/30/2008
3/16/2009 Racked and back sweetened with Grade A Amber Organic Michigan Maple Syrup.
Net yield:
Estimated bottle date: late March 2009, extremely limited release thereafter in 2009.
Bottled in 375ml Bellissima Antique green bottles.

  1. Acerglyn, acer- latin for maple and glyn- referring to mead.
    Native Americans first unlocked the laborious process to create
    maple syrup from maple sap. Psenkova in collaboration with
    B.Nektar first unlocked the secrets of turning maple syrup into
    mead. By mixing our maple syrup with equal amounts of
    wildflower honey, we have created this extremely limited first
    release of Psenkova Acerglyn- Drink now or cellar for a century.
